The present conditions aim to define the general conditions of sale, established between Wild Planet and the Customer, from the moment of ordering, such as the payment methods and the delivery conditions of the goods.

These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.

The fact that the Client validates his order request causes the express acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

These Conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, unless an agreement is signed by both parties.

Purchases by e-mail, telephone, fax or postal mail also imply acceptance of gifts.

The carrier’s failure to comply with these deadlines must in no case compromise Wild Plane’s liability. These deadlines are indicated to the customer when shipping the goods.

10.1 – Packaging

The products to be shipped are packaged and packaged so that they arrive at the place of delivery in perfect condition, always taking into account the satisfaction of the Customer.

10.2 – Confirmation

10.4 – Shipping costs

To obtain the shipping costs for the desired product, add the same product to the shopping cart and indicate the country, district and postal code of the place of delivery and you will get exactly the value of the shipping costs. This calculation is made in accordance with the weight-volume rules given by the order carrier.

The Customer can always choose to pick up the order at our facilities, without any associated postage cost.

Orders are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer on the order form.

11.1 – Absence on the day of delivery

You will be informed of the expected delivery date of your order. You must indicate a delivery address where someone is always present between 9am and 6pm. If delivery is not completed, you will be informed of the date and time the carrier was present.

11.2 – Delivery times

Estimated delivery time can vary between 1 day to 30 days. This deadline is not binding, it only serves to inform the minimum deadlines foreseen for the delivery of each product, it is merely informative. 11.3 – Loss of Orders

In this case, Wild Planet is obliged to respect the deadlines imposed by the carrier regarding the declaration of loss and the refund of the shipment. Thus, the Customer must also wait for these deadlines:

– Therefore, you have a maximum period of 30 working days from the receipt of the order confirmation email to declare it lost with Wild Planet. After this period, no claim will be accepted.

There can be two types of situations: either the order is recovered and resent to the Customer according to normal procedures, or the order is declared as lost by the carrier and Wild Planet informs the Customer to make a second shipment of the order or will be refunded the amount invoiced , according to the Customer’s preference.

11.4 – Receipt of the order

We recommend that all orders delivered must be subject to verification and control, and that the Customer makes any notes on the condition of the product in the carrier’s delivery guide in case of partial or total deterioration.

Without the proper notes from the Customer, the order cannot be the subject of a subsequent dispute with Wild Planet.

The verification of the product’s status is considered to have been carried out once the shipping guide is signed.

If the product is damaged, we appreciate that you photograph it and send us the photograph to the email shop@wildplanet.pt within a maximum period of 24 hours so that we can activate the transport insurance.

Any packaging, received at our premises without identification of the sender or sent for collection, will not be accepted.

11.5 – Order content error

Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the latter must indicate by telephone, fax or e-mail to Wild Planet the complaint of non-conformity of the products in type, quality or quantity in comparison with the data of the order placed.

The complaint of non-compliance must be made within a maximum period of 24 hours to the delivery of the order.

Claims not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the indicated time limits will not be accepted by Wild Planet.

11.6 – Strikes or force majeure events

In the event of a carrier strike or other exceptional event that delays or prevents delivery of the order, Wild Planet will inform the Customer of the delivery status.

Wild Planet is responsible for the return and reshipment charges if there is an internal error and the product sent does not correspond to the order. If you want to exchange for a different item, the cost of return and reshipment will be the responsibility of the Customer.
